Desperately need a nap? Let me be your extra pair of hands and a warm heart to care for your new baby. Unlike the loving support from your well-meaning family, I can be objective and non-judgmental in caring for you and your new family. You wont have to entertain me like you would those out-of-town guests. I'm here to take care of you!

Postpartum Doula Services Include:

• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Errand running
• Meal planning & preparation
• Emotional support during your transition into parenthood
• Breastfeeding education & support
• Care & activities for siblings
• Advice on basic newborn care (feeding, bathing, massage, soothing, etc)

  *Minimum commitment of 10 hours required

For an extra fee:

• Overnight stay (help with care and feeding of your baby overnight)
