Your healthcare providers' goal is to ensure both you and your baby are healthy, which enables me to focus on helping you create a positive birth memory. Doulas help partners too! I'll take care of your partner so you can both focus on bringing your new little one into the world. The support I offer is caring and unconditional, tailored to your individual needs.

Birth Doula Services Include:

• Two prenatal visits (in addition to our initial interview)
• Continuous support and hands-on comfort during the length of your labor and birth (includes use of birth ball & hand-made rice sock to take home)
• Initial breastfeeding support during the immediate postpartum period
• Two postpartum follow-up visits in the hospital and/or your home
• Written Summary of your birth
• Unlimited phone consultation before and after birth (up to 6 weeks postpartum)
• Support in seeking insurance reimbursement using a handy checklist
• Access to my extensive library of childbirth & breastfeeding related materials and resources
